Information we collect

We collect information you choose to send through the contact form: your name, email address, and, if you provide them, your company and message. We also receive the email content created when you contact us directly.

Like most websites, our hosting and security providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver the site, such as IP address, browser or device information, request URL, timestamps, and basic security logs. Mattom does not use that information to identify you for advertising or behavioral profiling.

What we collect

• Identifiers and contact details, such as name, email address, and company.
• Inquiry content, such as the message or context you submit.
• Technical and security data needed to serve and protect the website.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry, qualify fit, and route the conversation to the right Mattom contact.
• To operate, debug, secure, and improve the website and contact flow.
• To keep ordinary business records of our communications.
• To comply with applicable law, enforce site terms, and protect Mattom, visitors, and third parties.

Legal bases where required

Where privacy law requires a legal basis, we process contact inquiries because you asked us to respond, because we have a legitimate interest in operating a secure business website, and, where needed, to comply with legal obligations.

Analytics and tracking

Mattom does not use analytics scripts, advertising pixels, third-party tag managers, or tracking cookies on mattom.io. Fonts are self-hosted. If we add measurement tools later, we will update this policy and explain what changes.

How we disclose information

• Service providers: the contact form sends your submission through Resend so it can be delivered to contact@mattom.io. Hosting, security, and infrastructure providers may process technical request data needed to serve the site.
• Legal and safety reasons: we may disclose information if required by law or if necessary to protect rights, security, or the integrity of the site.
• Business transfers: if Mattom is involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, relevant business records may transfer as part of that transaction.

No sale or targeted advertising

Mattom does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use contact submissions for targeted advertising.

Retention

We keep contact inquiries and related business correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the relationship, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed for those purposes.

Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or portability of personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have the right to appeal a decision or complain to a privacy regulator. To make a request, email contact@mattom.io. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

International visitors

Mattom is based in the United States. If you access the site from another country, your information may be processed in the United States and other places where our service providers operate.

Children

mattom.io is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal information through the site, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No website or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
